Scott, for all you have done to get FEMA to listen to our (city
of Pontiac) requests for assistance after the flood in January.
I am certain that without your aggressive and persistent and
unrelenting pleas, our plight would have gone down the drain
with all the water. I certainly believe that without your
leadership Pontiac would not have made an appeal nor would it
have been overturned and assistance granted. I hope that
this (message) can be (made available) for all to see and read.
I truly think you are doing your best to help the residents of
Pontiac get all the help possible and I want you to know that.
